This User Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) defines the relationship between Models Tale, hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration, and the user - a legally capable individual registered on the site on the terms of this Agreement.

1. Notions and Definitions:

1.1 Site - the website Models Tale , used by Models Tale on the rights of ownership, in order to provide services for the benefit of the User.

1.2 Registration as a User - consistent performance of all actions listed on the Registration page of the Site, implying voluntary, complete and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement.

2.1 The Administration, using the functionality of the Site, provides information services to the User, both on a reimbursable and gratuitous basis for the implementation of materials posted on the Site.

3 Duties and Rights of Website Administration.

3.1 The Website Administration's obligations are as follows

3.1.1 Provide the User with round-the-clock access to the Website pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, except for the periods of suspension of the Website based on Art. 3.2.2.

3.1.2. Take reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the safety of User's information.

3.1.3 Strictly observe the policy of privacy (confidentiality).

3.1.4 Provide services for the User's benefit via the Site's functionality.

3.1.5 Inform the Site User timely of the upcoming maintenance works at the Site.

3.2 The Website Administration's rights:

3.2.1. make amendments and additions to the text of the Agreement in accordance with Chap. 7.

3.2.2 Suspend operation of the Site in case of detection of material defects, errors and failures in hardware and software, as well as for the purpose of preventive maintenance and prevention of unauthorized access to the Site.

3.2.3. Carry out at its own discretion and at any time various promotions, including advertising campaigns to attract registered Users and other third parties to use the functionality of the Site.

3.2.4. Use the cell phone numbers, email addresses, other contact information provided by User on the Site for sending text and graphic information of advertising nature. The User gives the permission to the Site Administration for the collection, processing and storage of their personal data, as well as for the distribution of text and graphic information of advertising nature.

3.2.5. The Website Administration shall be entitled, at its own discretion, to change (moderate) and/or delete any information posted by the User, which violates the prohibitions, established by Chap. 6 hereof, suspend, limit or stop access to all or any of the sections or services of the Website at any time, for any reason or without providing the reasons, with or without prior notice.

3.2.6. The Website Administration has the right to delete the User's account and (or) suspend, limit or terminate their access to any of the Site's services if it finds that, in its opinion, such User is a threat to the Site and/or other users.

User's Obligations and Rights.

4.1 The User's obligations:

4.1.1 Strictly comply with Models Tale's privacy (confidentiality) policy, as well as comply with prohibitions and restrictions (Ch. 6).

4.1.2 Independently review possible changes to the terms of this Agreement described in Chapter 7.

4.1.3. not to undertake actions that can directly or indirectly cause losses and / or indirect damages to the Site Administration, including due to the loss of its reputation, as well as in any way prevent the normal functioning of the Site.

4.1.4. provide up-to-date and accurate information about yourself during registration, in accordance with the requirements specified on the registration page, as well as update the information provided during registration in the Personal profile on the Site if it changes.

4.1.5 Take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of the login and password for authorization on the Site.

4.1.6 Pay for services provided by the Administration of the Site, or other materials obtained through the functionality of the Site on a fee basis at the established rates.

4.2 Rights of User:

4.2.1 The User has the right to use the Site's resources to receive information services and materials, if at the time of registration at the Site the User is a legally capable person over the age of 18.

5. Responsibility of the Parties

The Website Administration is not responsible for complete or partial interruptions in performance of the Website, related to replacement/failure of equipment, software or repair, maintenance and other works, the actions of providers or other reasons, which depend on the will of the Website Administration.

5.2 The Website Administration shall not be responsible for the safety and proper operation of the equipment and software of the User used by him for access to the Website.

5.3 The Website Administration is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of profit of the User and/or the third parties, as a result of their use of the services received and/or materials purchased through the functionality of the Website.

5.4 Any information, posted on this Website, distributed through the functionality of the Website, is for information purposes only and can not be practical recommendations for medical, psychological advice. If the user needs any practical help in the field of knowledge similar to the information on the Site, in this case, the user should address to the certified specialist. 5.5. User is fully responsible for proper performance of his/her obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the laws of the country of his/her permanent residence.

6. Prohibitions and restrictions

User is forbidden:

6.1 Use the Site's services in any way that may interfere with their normal functioning.

6.2 To mislead the Site Administration as to his/her identity, deliberately misrepresent himself/herself, his/her age, personal qualities, or relations with other users, persons or organizations.

Placing on the Site or otherwise distribute or make available to general information personal data, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail, passport data and other personal information of other users or any third parties without their personal written consent to such actions. Receive and extort confidential information of other users and (or) third parties. 6.4.

7. Changing the terms of the Agreement

7.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to change and/or supplement this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Further use of the Site resources by the User after any changes in the Agreement means the User's acceptance of such changes/supplements.

7.2 The latest version of the Agreement supersedes all previous agreements between the Site Administration and the User. The previous version of the Agreement is considered invalid, loses its force and can no longer serve as a fundamental document governing the relationship between the User and the Website Administration. If the User does not agree with the changes and/or amendments to this Agreement, the User shall stop using the Site's resources.

8. Arbitration and Settlement of Disputes.

8.1. In case of any disputes or disagreements, related to performance of the present Agreement, the Parties will do their best to settle them by negotiations. If the Parties fail to settle the dispute between themselves by negotiations, the dispute shall be resolved in the authorized judicial bodies at the location of the Respondent in accordance with the laws of the country, the Respondent is a resident of.
